Nevertiti Group is hiring a Purchase Executive with strong purchasing skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and accounting familiarity to manage sourcing, pricing, and supplier negotiations.

You will create purchase orders in ERPNext and coordinate with warehouse and finance on deliveries, stock, and payments, while maintaining accurate records and preparing cost reports using Excel.

Competenze

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems, particularly purchasing, inventory, and accounting modules.
• Accounting knowledge, including purchase entries, accounts payable, and supplier reconciliation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
