Job summary

Nevertiti Group is seeking a Purchase Executive with strong purchasing skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and accounting experience. The role requires familiarity with ERPNext and other ERP systems to manage purchasing, inventory and supplier reconciliation.

You will create and track purchase orders, coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams on stock and payments, and prepare cost reports using complex Excel analyses. Strong negotiation and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems, especially purchasing, inventory and accounting modules.
• Accounting knowledge including purchase entries, accounts payable and supplier reconciliation.

Responsibilities
