Nevertiti Group is looking for a Purchase Executive with strong purchasing skills, advanced Excel knowledge, accounting knowledge, and experience using ERPNext and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, creating purchase orders, coordinating with warehouse and accounts teams, and reconciling invoices. You will prepare reports using Excel and maintain accurate supplier records.

Competenze

• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Advanced Excel, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems, especially purchasing, inventory, and accounting modules.
• Accounting knowledge including purchase entries, accounts payable, and supplier reconciliation.
