Nevertiti Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Purchase Manager / ERP system implementor with strong procurement skills and ERPNext experience. The role involves creating purchase orders, coordinating with warehouse and finance, and ensuring accurate supplier records.

The candidate should have advanced Excel capabilities and solid accounting knowledge to support reporting, invoicing, and supplier reconciliation in a fast-paced recruitment technology environment.

Competenze

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Practical knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis ability.

Mansioni

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Create purchase orders in ERPNext or other ERP systems and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams on stock requirements, goods receipts, and supplier payments.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt records.
• Maintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, and purchase records in the ERP system.
• Prepare purchase, inventory, and cost reports using advanced Excel.
• Assist with supplier account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.
