Nevertiti Group is seeking a Purchase Executive with strong purchasing skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and accounting awareness. Proficiency in ERPNext and other ERP systems is essential, along with solid supplier negotiation and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities include creating POs, tracking deliveries, coordinating with warehouse and accounts, and reconciling invoices. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and excellent communication skills in a dynamic UAE environment.

Competenze

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems, especially ERPNext and related modules.

Mansioni

• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders in ERPNext or other ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts on stock, receipts, and payments.
• Verify supplier invoices against orders and goods receipts.
• Maintain supplier, item, pricing and purchase records in the ERP system.
• Prepare purchase, inventory and cost reports using advanced Excel.
• Assist with supplier account reconciliation and invoice discrepancies.
