Job summary

Alba Cars is seeking a professional receptionist/host to be the face of the showroom, delivering a warm, first-class experience for every guest. You will manage front desk operations, assist walk-in customers, and support the sales team in a busy, front-facing environment.

Ideal candidates are warm, organized, and service-oriented, with strong English communication skills. Arabic is a plus; familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM tools is advantageous.

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Host to be the face of Alba Cars and deliver a welcoming, first-class experience for every guest.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-facing, fast-paced showroom environment and takes pride in creating strong first impressions. You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.

Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience

• Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area at all times.

Administrative & Sales Team Support

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver high standards of hospitality and customer service across all interactions.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Uphold Alba Cars’ customer-first brand image at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a busy reception area.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism)
• Work Visa sponsorship
• Medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)

Work Arrangement

• Type: Full-time, on-site position
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Evening Shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available
