Job summary

Alba Cars is seeking an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent who can speak Arabic and English to be the voice of our brand in the UAE. This fast-paced role handles inbound and outbound interactions, turns interest into showroom visits, and supports the sales process from behind the scenes.

You will engage customers across channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and strive to exceed targets with a proactive, customer-first approach in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service call centre or automotive industry preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive target-driven attitude.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume setting.
• Strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
• UAE-based or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound leads across platforms.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments with urgency and care.
• Understand each customers needs and match them with the right solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and notes within the CRM.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
• Use confident clear and positive language in every interaction.
• Represent Alba Cars strengths—large inventory, verified vehicles, flexible finance & trade-ins.
• Build rapport and maintain a warm professional tone across all touchpoints.
• Follow up with leads to reduce appointment no-shows.
• Track daily targets and KPIs for contact rate and appointment conversion.
• Contribute to a high-performance customer-first culture.
• Continuously improve through feedback and performance reviews.
