Job summary

LEO Middle East FZE in Dubai is seeking an Application Engineer to join our growing technical team. The role targets fresh graduates or early-career engineers specializing in pumps, water supply systems and fluid handling.

You will select pumps, perform hydraulic calculations, prepare quotations, and support the sales and project teams across the Middle East and Africa. A strong engineering foundation and a drive to develop technically are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics, pumps, motors and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Select suitable pumps and pumping systems according to customer and project requirements.
• Perform basic hydraulic calculations and pump selection.
• Prepare technical quotations, pump selection sheets, technical submittals and product documentation.
• Review project specifications and identify suitable products and technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, distributors, contractors and customers.
• Communicate with consultants and contractors regarding technical requirements.
• Support project teams during product selection, approval and execution.
• Coordinate with LEO’s factory and technical departments on product and application issues.
• Continuously develop knowledge of pumps, motors, hydraulic systems and water supply applications.
