Job summary

LEO Middle East FZE is seeking an experienced After-Sales / Technical Service Engineer to support customers, distributors and projects across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves field service, installation, commissioning, and on-site problem solving.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with pumps, motors and water systems, and be comfortable visiting customer sites. English communication and a UAE driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics or related field.
Practical experience with pumps, motors, HVAC or water systems preferred.
Strong on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting abilities.
Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for pump installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Attend customer and project sites for inspection, testing, commissioning and technical service.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems related to pumps and pumping systems.
Troubleshoot issues involving mechanical seals, bearings, shafts, couplings, motors and related components.
Support distributors and customers with installation, operation and maintenance.
Prepare service reports and follow up on technical issues until resolution.
Coordinate with LEO factory and technical teams to investigate product complaints and technical problems.
Provide product and maintenance training to distributors, contractors and customer service teams.
Support warranty investigations and technical claim handling.
Travel within the UAE and occasionally to other Middle East and African countries when required.
