Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC in Dubai seeks a Technical Sales Engineer – Pump to drive pump sales within the building materials sector. You will demonstrate pump features, size systems, prepare proposals, and support customers from selection through commissioning.

The role requires 8–15 years of pump sales experience, 2–4 years UAE experience, strong technical knowledge of pumps and water treatment, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in pump sales.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in selling pumps to end users, contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate pump features, benefits, and applications to end-users, contractors, and consultants.
• Understand customer requirements, including flow rate, head, fluid type, temperature, and viscosity, and recommend suitable pump types, such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Perform pump sizing, head calculations, NPSH analysis, and pump selection using manufacturer software.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and bid documents.
• Troubleshoot pump performance issues, recommend modifications, and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, and consultants to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
