Job summary

Client of Centaurus Global Solutions in Dubai seeks a Business Development Lead to drive opportunities in the Public Sector across UAE and MEN region. Based in Dubai, you will identify, pursue and shape deals, coordinating with internal teams to tailor products and services to customer needs.

You will build relationships with key staff, manage medium-size sales projects, negotiate terms, and monitor satisfaction to ensure delivery aligns with client objectives.

Qualifications

• University-level education (BSc/MSc) or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of external sales background.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities for Public Sector in UAE and MEN regions.
• Identify and respond to opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and drive ongoing improvements.
