Asico Real Estate Llc. in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to advise clients on property opportunities, manage sales and leasing transactions, and generate new business.

You will deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey. You will build relationships with clients, developers and owners, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and stay updated on market trends and regulations to help clients achieve their goals in a competitive UAE market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
