Job summary

The Boros Collection in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to join our boutique real estate team. You will represent exclusive developments, craft bespoke experiences for high net worth investors, and build a personal client base through authentic relationship-building rather than hard selling.

This full-time role offers a generous 55%–75% commission split on each deal, in-house marketing, branding support, and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

1+ years in real estate or a proven track record in sales.
Polished, confident presence with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
