Job summary

MVP Appliances is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant – Projects to identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE project market. The ideal candidate has proven project sales experience in construction, real estate, or building materials and a strong network of stakeholders.

Responsibilities include locating opportunities, building relationships, registering as a vendor, proposing solutions, and achieving sales targets while monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years UAE project sales experience in sanitaryware, lighting, kitchen appliances, home appliances, or related building materials.
• Strong existing network of UAE developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction and real estate project market.
• Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and follow up on new project sales and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and real estate companies.
• Generate project leads and expand the company's network of potential clients and business partners.
• Register the company as an approved vendor with key developers and client groups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MVP Appliances products and solutions.
• Follow up on upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and required tender documentation.
• Negotiate with clients, close business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on project pipelines and business development activities.
