Job summary

Midea Group in Dubai seeks an experienced UAE project sales professional to drive appliance projects from specification to order. You will visit developers, consultants and contractors, secure inclusion in specs, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and manage delivery and collections.

This role requires strong English, Excel/PowerPoint/CRM skills and a willingness to travel across the UAE with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

5+ years in UAE project sales for appliances, kitchens or related products.
Established UAE contacts with developers, consultants and contractors.
Strong quotation, negotiation and margin skills with steady follow-up.
Proficient in English; comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
Willingness to travel across the UAE with valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Visit target developers, consultants and contractors; identify residential and hospitality projects early.
Understand appliance requirements and secure Midea inclusion in specifications and bills of quantities.
Prepare quotations and tenders with internal support; coordinate samples and technical submittals.
Negotiate and close orders within approved prices, margins, credit limits and payment terms.
Keep the project pipeline current, with value, stage, next action and realistic monthly forecasts.
Coordinate phased deliveries and site requirements; follow invoices and overdue payments with Finance.
