Job summary

MVP Appliances is seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead the Project Sales team in Dubai, UAE. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, advising on product selection, and managing the complete project sales cycle from identification through tender submission and handover.

You will build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors, oversee proposals and negotiations, and coordinate with procurement and after-sales teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading project sales teams in appliances/building materials
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals and tenders
• Strong network of developers, consultants, architects and contractors is a plus
• Excellent leadership and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Project Sales team to hit targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base
• Research upcoming UAE projects and identify opportunities for MVP Appliances
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects and contractors
• Manage accounts and key client projects with responsive communication
• Provide product consultations and advise on specifications and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants/architects to secure specifications and approvals
• Monitor tenders and prepare technical/commercial proposals and presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, and contracts
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, technical, and after-sales teams
• Maintain CRM records and forecast sales performance
