Job summary

ALUCOPANEL is seeking a Project Sales Executive to drive B2B project sales for door hardware packages in the UAE. You will build relationships with architects, developers, and contractors, and coordinate value engineering to optimize proposals.

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions in Dubai and the UAE. English fluency required; UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in ironmongery or hardware.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of value engineering principles and the ability to propose cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales management.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B project sales and secure door hardware/ironmongery packages from main contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and project consultants.
• Coordinate value engineering options to optimize project proposals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Casa Milano and network with potential clients.
