Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager Aluminium & Glass to drive growth in the façade and architectural products market. The role requires building a pipeline with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects, leading sales for aluminium systems, glazing, curtain walls, windows and doors.

You will lead tendering, proposals, and project coordination to meet targets and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in aluminium, glass, façade or construction industries in UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience selling to construction companies, contractors, consultants and developers.
• Strong understanding of aluminium systems, glazing, curtain wall, windows and façade products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling project sales, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction companies, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers and architects.
• Promote and sell aluminium glass façade curtain wall windows doors and related products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Review project specifications, drawings and tender documents; prepare quotations and commercial proposals; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Production, Procurement and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts and submit regular reports to management.
• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
