Job summary

Bhatia Brothers FZE is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business in the UAE for engineered product packages. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, presenting value-added packages, and managing key accounts across multiple product lines.

You will lead tenders, coordinate with EPC/PMC teams, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Fluency in English and a UAE driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering from reputed institute.
• Overall 6 - 8 years of experience in sales of engineered products / packages. Min 3 sales experience in UAE
• Preference for candidates having sales knowledge of EPC Project Sales / Air Compressor Package, N2 Packages, Fume & Dust extraction systems and skid packages.
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Note: Candidates should have UAE valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Making customer visits to potential clients in the assigned territory to generate enquiries
• Offering value added packages for customers using Existing and New products packages
• Should be able to handle multiple product package range
• Identify upcoming / ongoing projects and for the products and packages that can be offered by the company.
• Assess and establish bid scope in tender / RFQ, demonstrate a thorough understanding of scope of work and specs.
• Interact with EPC / PMC to evaluate project specifications and requirements.
• Submission of competitive bid and follow up for successful order conversion.
• Develop contacts in market with the help of networking and business development.
• Maintain excellent client relationship, follow up regularly on accounts, provide feedback on product performance and help clients get maximum benefit from our group product range.
• Direct responsibility for achieving Revenue Budget set and agreed with the Management
