Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, and civil works projects from planning through handover in the UAE.

You will develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, control costs, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, review drawings and documents, and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of UAE experience managing landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, or civil construction projects.
• Proven experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or government projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape and civil works projects from planning to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment procurement and subcontractor activities for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements and technical documents for accuracy.

Job description

Manage landscaping swimming pool irrigation water feature hardscape softscape andcivil works projects from planning to final handover

Develop project schedules execution plans resource plans and monitor progress againsttargets

Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards

Lead Project Engineers Site Engineers supervisors subcontractors and site teams acrossmultiple projects

Coordinate manpower materials equipment procurement and subcontractor activitiesfor smooth project execution

Conduct site inspections progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues

Manage client consultant contractor and authority coordination throughout the projectlifecycle

Review drawings BOQs material submittals method statements and technicaldocuments

Monitor project costs variations budgets and support value engineering initiatives

Ensure compliance with QA QC standards HSE requirements and UAE regulations

Prepare project reports risk assessments progress updates and ensure proper projectdocumentation and handover

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ConstructionManagement, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience managing landscaping, swimming pool,irrigation, water feature, or civil construction projects.
• Proven experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, orgovernment projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project execution, and contractmanagement.

• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project is anadvantage.

Requirements

• UAE Driving Licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in the UAE.
