• Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activities for landscaping and swimming pools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical drawings, and local authority requirements.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates, addressing issues proactively, and maintaining a high level of professional service.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and smooth collaboration throughout the project.
