Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled Project Planner with a strong background in Primavera P6 and MS Project to develop and maintain schedules for complex landscaping and civil works.

The role requires at least four years of UAE experience in project planning, knowledge of construction planning methods, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to track progress, manage risks, and prepare regular reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience in landscaping projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning methods, project timelines, and resourcemanagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and or MS Project
• Prepare baseline programmes look-ahead plans and recovery schedules
• Monitor project progress against timelines milestones and contractual requirements
• Track delays risks and constraints and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Update schedules based on actual site progress and project changes
• Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers procurement teams and site teams totrack project activities
• Monitor progress of landscaping irrigation swimming pool water feature and civilworks
• Support delay analysis EOT submissions and project recovery planning
• Maintain project records schedules reports and planning documentation
