Job summary

Barza Landscaping is seeking a project coordinator to lead landscape and swimming pool construction efforts in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring projects align with drawings, BOQs and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering/Landscape background with UAE experience and strong communication skills in English. You will compile reports, attend meetings, and support handover activities to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape and swimming pool construction projects.
• UAE experience in landscape, irrigation, or swimming pool projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities from mobilization to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret landscape, swimming pool BOQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality of works and compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, material submittals and technical documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants regarding project updates.

• UAE experience in landscape, irrigation, or swimming pool projects is preferred

• Experience in client and consultant coordination is required
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills in English
