Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer Civil to manage and deliver landscape construction projects. The role requires leadership over site activities, coordination with consultants, clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of relevant UAE experience, strong capabilities in hardscape, softscape and irrigation works, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
• Strong experience delivering landscape projects from commencement to handover.
• Proven experience in Hardscape and Softscape works.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Supervise hardscape, softscape, irrigation and civil works.
• Review drawings, submittals and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower plans and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, HSE and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quantities and productivity.
• Handle inspections, approvals, technical issues, snagging and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage landscape projects from mobilization to final handover
• Supervise hardscape soft scape irrigation and civil works
• Review drawings material submittals and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants architects engineers subcontractors and clients
• Prepare work schedules manpower plans and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality safety HSE and Dubai Municipality requirements
• Monitor project progress costs quantities and productivity
• Handle inspections approvals technical issues snagging and final handover
