Job summary

Fire Horse Design is seeking a Project Execution Manager in Dubai. The role involves leading site execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing all aspects of project progress from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should be a formally trained Civil Engineer with a strong background in UAE construction, familiar with local authority regulations, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful applicant will handle client relations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure efficient site operations while managing resources and timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval license.
• Valid UAE driving license; owning a car preferred.
• Strong construction experience within the UAE.
• Hands-on experience managing residential villas, office fit-out works, landscaping, swimming pools, and related civil works.
• Deep understanding of UAE construction procedures, authority inspection processes, and online approval systems.
• Strong existing network of subcontractors, suppliers, skilled labour teams, and material vendors in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities: work progress, quality, safety, and productivity of labour and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, proactively identify site issues, coordinate with consultants and provide practical solutions during execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, authority regulations, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and company standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, subcontractor work scopes, and site progress reports.
• Arrange and manage materials, tools, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
• Control project costs by efficiently managing labour, materials, subcontractors, and minimising wastage.
• Serve as primary liaison for coordination between client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project team.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Manage client relations by attending meetings, understanding requirements, managing expectations, and resolving site-related issues.
• Hire, guide, and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and skilled labour.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, material requests, inspection requests, and other essential documentation.
