Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to manage landscape, swimming pool and water feature projects in the UAE. You will oversee site execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, review drawings and BOQs, and ensure progress per schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, construction management and knowledge of civil methods, with UAE/GCC experience preferred and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in landscape, swimming pool and water feature construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, hardscape, softscape, swimming pools, water features, irrigation and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project (Primavera P6 is an advantage).
• Good understanding of project planning, quality control and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute landscape, swimming pool and water feature construction works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical documents.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per the approved schedule.
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations and contractual requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor delivery schedules.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor work measurements and billing.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure timely project handover and close-out documentation.
