Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the Interior Fit-Out, Flooring or Joinery industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, residential or corporate fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality management.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects after handover from Sales and drive timely completion.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor all activities from commencement to handover.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, installers and suppliers.
• Prepare schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Monitor budgets, variations and overall profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

The Floorist is looking for an experienced Project Manager from the Interior Fit-Out Flooring industry to manage projects from post-sales handover through final completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects once the Sales team has secured the contract ensuring smooth execution client satisfaction quality delivery and timely project completion. This role requires strong project management skills excellent client communication and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of projects after handover from the Sales Department Review project scope BOQ drawings contracts and client requirements before execution Plan coordinate and monitor all project activities from commencement to handover Manage site engineers supervisors subcontractors installers suppliers and procurement teams Prepare project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance Coordinate material deliveries manpower allocation and installation schedules Attend client meetings consultant meetings and site coordination meetings Resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns Monitor project budgets variations and overall profitability Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately Manage project close-out snagging final inspections and client handover Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the execution phase Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications
