• Strong attention to detail in BOQs, reports and budgets.
• Solid understanding of project financials and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts from initial brief to final installation.
• Oversee estimating, quoting, prototype presentation, production and installation processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Translate client requirements into internal briefs through formal meetings.
• Prepare accurate performance reports and present concepts aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in design development and pre-production meetings.
• Create project plans and assign tasks to relevant departments.
• Review BOQs, production processes and cutting lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with estimating, production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address delays.
• Ensure all work meets client expectations, timeframes and budgets.
• Submit invoices and required documentation promptly and accurately.
