Job summary

Sundus is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end workplace and corporate real estate initiatives. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders across architecture, design, and cost consulting teams.

Responsibilities include office fit-outs, relocations, growth planning, and program consolidation, with close collaboration with IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• PMP/PRINCE2/RICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in workplace strategy and facilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and corporate real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and maintain project execution plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate architects, designers, project managers, cost consultants, and contractors.
• Lead office fit-out delivery including workplace design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration, security systems, and facility readiness.
• Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements, and workplace optimization initiatives.
• Lead office closures, lease exits, consolidations, and relocation programs.
• Build strong relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Support team
• Develop project budgets and business cases.
