Job summary

Talentigence is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the UAE construction sector. You will lead projects from planning through handover, manage budgets, schedules, teams and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of UAE contracting experience, strong budgeting and planning skills, proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office, and PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years UAE contracting/construction experience.
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, contracts and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hiring: Project Manager – Construction | UAE

Talentigence is hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading opportunity in the Construction / Contracting sector in the UAE.

Location: UAE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 25,000 per month Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from planning and initiation through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety and overall progress.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Manage project risks, contracts, variations and contractual obligations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Prepare project performance reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience with UAE contracting/construction companies.
• Proven experience managing high-rise, commercial, residential or mixed-use building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, contracts and planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
