Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a senior real estate and project management professional to lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and corporate real estate initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will drive inception through completion, coordinating architects, designers, project managers, and contractors while ensuring budgets, schedules, and risk processes are strictly managed.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and professional certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or RICS certification is preferred.
• Additional qualifications in workplace strategy, facilities management, or real estate are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and corporate real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk registers and change control processes.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate architects, designers, project managers, cost consultants and contractors.
• Lead office fit-out delivery including workplace design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration, security systems and facility readiness.
• Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements and workplace optimization initiatives.
• Lead office closures, lease exits, consolidations and relocation programs.
• Build strong relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security and Business Support teams.
• Develop project budgets and business cases.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related discipline

PMP/PRINCE2/RICS or equivalent
