Responsibilities and Requirements
- Able to prepare approval set of drawings and good knowledge of taking approvals from authorities includingdrawings, method statements, risk assessments etc.
 - Represent company in all project meetings if required and Coordination with both office and Site on regular basis till the Project Completion.
 - Coordinate with consultant / main contractor and provide required information.
 - Coordinate with drafting team for shop drawings and manage submissions
 - Coordinate for material submittals
 - Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders supporting the BOQ
 - Manage billing and Site documents
 - Managing projects within the established schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
 - Coordinate for procurement activities
 - Able to see works are happening as per approved drawings / specs
 - Manage quality and high-end finishing
 - Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.
