Job summary

Vitatech Group® Middle East is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and support healthcare products within the UAE. You will engage healthcare professionals, deliver product demonstrations, provide clinical guidance, and help expand product adoption.

You will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to hit sales targets. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus, and travel within UAE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical product sales experience in UAE.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions.
• Provide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety, and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
• Support tender submissions and procurement processes for hospitals or clinics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
• Provide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies

• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions preferred

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
