Job summary

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Product Specialist with deep knowledge of Dermatology and Aesthetic products to drive brand promotion and physician engagement.

You will analyze market trends, present promoted products, coordinate with sales, deliver samples, attend meetings and stay up-to-date with medical data to support confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Dermatology and Aesthetic field experience.
• Familiar with databases, statistics, product lines, and medical issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with proven sales track record.
• Arabic and English required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted Dermatology and Aesthetic soft products
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Provide product information and deliver product samples
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
• Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
• Problem solving by identifying the challenges and offering best solutions

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetic field ( MANDATORY)


• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues


• Knowledge of MS Office


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills


• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Should have a valid UAE Driving License.
