Job summary

Careers Imdad in Dubai is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and sell our aesthetic medical devices. You will visit customers regularly, conduct product demonstrations, provide after-sales support, and train staff and physicians on product usage and benefits.

The role requires a science degree, 2–3 years UAE experience in aesthetic devices, a valid driving license, and bilingual Arabic/English. Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills with doctors and clinics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering or any scientific related degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in aesthetic medical devices in UAE.
• Driving License and car.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultative sales and identify needs for Imdad products during client prospecting.
• Schedule appointments with existing and new customers to promote Imdad’s products.
• Perform product demonstrations at customer sites using sales aids and data.
• Provide information about prospects and clients, update contact details and status.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities and competitor pricing changes.
• Assist in accounts receivable follow-ups for sales accounts under responsibility.
• Maintain excellent relationships with doctors and key customer personnel to generate new business.

Job description

Promoting and selling company’ s products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. Products Specialist tasks also involve performing certain after sales support functions such as conducting In-Service Training, follow up on the collection and maintain a good relationship with customers. It is essential for theProduct Specialistto provide effectively the detailed information on various products, programs or services offered by the company versus those offered by competitors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform consultative method of sales in prospecting clients in either identifying or even creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements, in addition to Applying successful negotiations and sales closure techniques.

• Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote Imdad’s product and to determine other opportunities.
• Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer’s site through the effective use of company’s sales aids and marketing data.
• Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of Ownership, working physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and status, and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor’s activities/events and competitor’s pricing changes in a timely manner.
• Assist in following up the accounts receivables for sales accounts under his/her responsibility.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations and generating new client’s businesses accounts.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering or any scientific related degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in aesthetic medical devices in UAE.
• Driving License and car.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must.
