Modern Pharmaceutical LLC is seeking a Product Specialist to drive product awareness and demand within the UAE market. You will promote medicines to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, aiming to grow sales and market share while maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and pharmacists.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals, 1–3 years of UAE pharma sales experience (oncology/rheumatology preferred), and fluency in English with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals is required.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE, with mandatory experience in Oncology and/or Rheumatology.
• English language required; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare system, including government and private institutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets for the department.
• Implement and monitor sales and distribution objectives.
• Collect and compile market information on competitive brands.
• Drive sales and market share growth in Hospital/Private Pharmacy channels.

The role requires strong scientific knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
