Job summary

NeoStats Analytics in Dubai is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement, to lead the development and scaling of innovative payment solutions. The role requires deep expertise in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, and money movement, with a track record of taking payments products from concept to commercial scale.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product strategy, pricing, GTM, and onboarding in a regulated fintech

Qualifications

10+ years of product management in banking, fintech, or digital payments.
5+ years in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or money movement.
Experience taking payments products from concept to launch at scale.
Experience in regulated financial services environments.
Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and settlement.
Knowledge of stablecoins, digital wallets, and fiat on/off-ramps.
Familiar with API-based payment platforms and reconciliation.
Understanding KYC/KYB, AML, UAE/GCC frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Agile and PM tools like Jira and Confluence.
Immediate availability to work in UAE.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap for cross-border payments and multi-currency accounts.
Define features and customer journeys based on business needs.
Lead end-to-end delivery from development to go-live.
Coordinate with tech teams and partners to manage milestones.
Drive commercial success through pricing, GTM, and onboarding.
