Job summary

NeoStats in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager for Cards & Payments to drive end-to-end card issuing programs, product launches, and portfolio optimization. You will coordinate with product, technology, and external vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and successful deliveries.

The role requires hands-on project governance, strong stakeholder engagement, and extensive experience in card schemes, tokenization, and digital wallets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of card issuing programmes or product launches.
• Hands-on experience delivering card product launches at issuing banks.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing, management systems, and schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new credit card products from planning to launch and stabilization.
• Establish and manage a PMO for cards and payments initiatives with integrated plans and milestones.
• Coordinate scheme and regulatory compliance activities within required timelines.
• Improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, and customer engagement across the journey.
• Lead card migration, digital wallet/tokenization initiatives, and vendor management.
• Provide governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
