Job summary

UMATR is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own consumer payments products and lead the development of stablecoin and fiat treasury capabilities in the UAE. You’ll work directly with the CEO, own product strategy and commercial performance, and build payment infrastructure from the ground up.

You will drive growth, roadmap, APIs, pricing and settlements while collaborating with engineering, design, growth and compliance teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a strong background in FinTech, payments, digital banking or financial services.
• Proven experience launching and scaling consumer payment products.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience owning product P&L, pricing, margins and acquisition costs.
• Hands‑on experience in growth product management, including conversion funnels, retention, lifecycle marketing and experimentation.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.
• Knowledge of stablecoins (USDT/USDC), fiat treasury, FX, liquidity and payment settlement.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth and P&L of consumer payment products, including acquisition, activation, retention and unit economics.
• Lead product development from initial specifications through to launch, working closely with engineering, design, growth and compliance teams.
• Manage the product roadmap for consumer applications and the B2B remittance aggregator platform.
• Develop partner-facing APIs, onboarding processes, pricing and settlement flows.
• Build and optimise stablecoin and fiat treasury operations, including FX, liquidity management, pre-funding and stablecoin on/off ramps.

We're working with a growing FinTech in the UAE that's looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of its consumer payments products and lead the development of its stablecoin and fiat treasury capabilities.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the company's next stage of growth, working directly with the CEO, owning product strategy and commercial performance, and building new payment infrastructure from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, lead technical teams and shape products used across the payments ecosystem.
