Job summary

Hyper Lychee Labs in Dubai seeks a Product Manager to own a build-to-scale stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments proposition for business customers. You will lead requirements, roadmap, and commercial adoption across client, partner, and ecosystem teams.

The role requires 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in cross-border/payments, regulatory fintech experience, and UAE work eligibility. Onsite in Dubai for 12 months (extendable) with market-scale ambitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including cross-border payments/embedded-finance experience.
• At least one 0-to-1 payments product taken from build to commercial scale.
• Experience in regulated financial-services environments (acquiring/PSP/EMI/bank/fintech).
• Cross-border payments domain knowledge: money movement, FX, settlement.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise requirements, use cases, customer journeys and roadmap for stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments, collections and payouts.
• Coordinate the launch with client, platform partner and payments ecosystem; manage milestones and risks.
• Lead testing, UAT, operational readiness and post-launch stabilisation (KYC/KYB, AML, Travel Rule).
• Shape pricing inputs, go-to-market materials and enable sales/onboarding; track activation and usage.
• Set up KPIs and feedback loops; report progress to senior stakeholders with concise updates.
