Job summary

NeoStats Analytics in Dubai is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement, to lead the development and scaling of innovative payment solutions. The role requires deep expertise in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, and money movement, with a track record of taking payments products from concept to commercial scale.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product strategy, pricing, GTM, and onboarding in a regulated fintech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in banking, fintech, or digital payments.
• 5+ years in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or money movement.
• Experience taking payments products from concept to launch at scale.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and settlement.
• Knowledge of stablecoins, digital wallets, and fiat on/off-ramps.
• Familiar with API-based payment platforms and reconciliation.
• Understanding KYC/KYB, AML, UAE/GCC frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and PM tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Immediate availability to work in UAE.

Responsibilities

About the Job:

NeoStats Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement to lead the development and scaling of innovative payment solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, and money movement who can drive product strategy, development, and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for cross-border payments, collections, payouts, and multi-currency accounts.
• Define and prioritize product features, use cases, and customer journeys based on business and customer requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including development, integration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners to manage project milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Drive product commercial success through pricing inputs, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer onboarding.

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within banking, financial services, fintech, or digital payments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, international money transfers, payouts, or embedded finance.
• Proven experience taking a payments product from concept and development through launch and commercial scale-up.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments such as banks, PSPs, EMIs, or licensed fintech companies.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, settlement processes, and money movement.
• Knowledge of stablecoins, digital asset wallets, and fiat on/off-ramps.
• Familiarity with API-based payment platforms, payment orchestration, and reconciliation systems.
• Understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, and applicable UAE/GCC payments and virtual asset regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSPO, PMP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with stablecoin-enabled payment solutions and digital asset infrastructure.
• Exposure to UAE/GCC payments and virtual asset regulatory frameworks.
• Experience serving SMEs, marketplaces, merchants, or digital platforms.
