Job summary

Fox Talent, in Dubai, fintech partner, seeks a Product Manager to own a product area end to end, collaborating with engineering, design and commercial teams to build money-management tools for customers.

You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify problems, write clear requirements, ship features quickly, and use data and experiments to guide decisions while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in fintech or financial services.
• Track record of shipping digital products with measurable impact.
• Strong data skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at all levels.
• Bonus: payments, open banking, lending or B2B SaaS experience.

Product Manager | Dubai

Fox Talent is partnering with a fintech that, following strong growth, is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key parts of its platform.

This is an opportunity to own a product area end to end, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to build products that customers rely on to manage their money.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the roadmap for your product area, from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery
• Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and define solutions
• Writing clear product requirements and working with engineering and design to ship features quickly
• Using data to measure product performance, run experiments and guide decision-making
• Balancing customer needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements in product decisions
• Partnering with compliance, risk and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or financial services
• A track record of shipping digital products that have delivered measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics and A/B testing
• Experience working in agile teams alongside engineering and design
• An understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, or the ability to pick it up quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bonus: experience with payments, open banking, lending or B2B SaaS products
