Seven House Family in Dubai seeks an Order Desk Specialist to support the Procurement and Supply Chain Team by processing purchase requests, coordinating with suppliers, and managing orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The role involves verifying details, confirming pricing, handling inquiries and resolving discrepancies, while maintaining invoices, supplier data, and documentation in Zoho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Min 2 years experience in Logistics, Freight, Accounting, or VAT-related industries.
• Experience handling invoices and purchase orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Zoho or similar management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and secure approvals.
• Ensure invoices are issued promptly to enable payments.
• Maintain an invoice status report and oversee order closure.
• Document data including payment methods, quantities, and supplier details in Zoho.
• Address disputes and discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain secure documentation for audits and retrieval.
• Store and archive all documents in the record room.
