Job summary

Exotic Colors By MAYSARi is seeking a proactive Purchasing/Procurement specialist to manage orders across three brands and ensure smooth flow between suppliers, warehouse and Finance. You will enter orders in ERPLY, create supplier bills, and record goods receiving in Zoho Inventory.

The role requires ERP/Zoho experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to pricing units and stock quantities. UAE market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 14 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain / order coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders across brands with supplier, warehouse, and Finance.
• Enter purchase orders in ERPLY.
• Create bills and record goods receiving in Zoho Inventory.
• Follow up with suppliers on stock availability for upcoming and repeat orders.
• Place monthly supply orders for the warehouse and office with approval through Zoho Expenses.
• Register new items in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory (pricing units brand barcode).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders for three brands (Lollipop MYWALIT Nectar) across three channels: the
  supplier (to confirm and progress the order) the warehouse (to confirm receiving and close the order in
  ERPLY then in Zoho Inventory) and Finance (to request payment / cheques and follow up until settled).
  Enter purchase orders in ERPLY.
  Create bills and record goods receiving in Zoho Inventory.
  Follow up with suppliers on stock availability for upcoming and repeat orders.
  Place monthly supply orders for the warehouse and office and obtain approval through Zoho Expenses.
  Submit expense claims and vendor expenses in the system.
  Register new items in both ERPLY and Zoho Inventory (pricing units brand barcode).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Accounting or a related field. Candidates with strong hands‑on experience and no degree may still be considered.


• 14 years of experience in purchasing procurement or supply chain / order coordination.

Preferred Industry / Relevant Experience

Retail FMCG distribution or trading company background preferred. Experience coordinating across multiple brands or product lines and working with both a POS/retail system and an accounting/inventory system is a strong advantage. UAE market experience preferred.

Specific Skills or Certifications Required

Working knowledge of ERPLY (or a comparable retail/POS management system). Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expenses (or comparable cloud accounting/inventory software). Intermediate Excel skills (tracking orders price lists monthly supply requests). Strong follow‑up and coordination skills this role deals daily with suppliers the warehouse team and Finance and must keep all three moving in parallel. High attention to detail particularly for pricing units and stock quantities when closing orders and registering items.
