Job summary

e.construct is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our small but dynamic team in the UAE. You will handle day-to-day procurement operations, coordinate with Finance, and collaborate across diverse departments. Experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP is essential to ensure compliant, efficient workflows.

You will manage requisitions, POs, vendor records, and supplier negotiations while contributing to cost savings and process improvements in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of procurement experience in a small to mid-sized team.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP is mandatory.
• Strong coordination and communication with Finance and other teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, compliance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice verification, payments and reconciliations.
• Source, negotiate, and contract suppliers; track supplier performance.
• Maintain vendor database and support supplier evaluations.
• Prepare procurement reports on spend, savings and budget adherence.
