Responsibilities

• Manage store improvement plan focusing on customer experience at lowest cost.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and standard work.
• Train teams in Kaizen and Lean practices.
• Coordinate LSC process improvement activities.
• Lead daily GEMBA activities to identify root causes.
• Standardize processes to align with Amazon/MENA benchmarks.
• Maintain relationships with Process Owners and 3P stakeholders.
• Communicate data-driven insights to drive change.
