Key Responsibilities
- Perform process engineering duties for operating plant units.
- Conduct site‑level studies and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Analyze laboratory test reports, standard log sheets, production data, and daily operating reports.
- Monitor the status and performance of process engineering activities.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions, process deviations, and emerging performance issues.

- Collect monthly production, operating, energy, and chemical consumption data.

- Support decision‑making through accurate interpretation of technical and operating data.

- Analyze test results to determine unit capability, efficiency, and performance limitations.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Process, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum six years of experience in process engineering or design engineering within a large organization.
- Prior experience in oil and gas, gas processing, refining, petrochemicals, or a similar process industry.
- Strong knowledge of gas extraction and processing unit operations.
- Practical experience analyzing plant production, process, laboratory, and operating data.
- Ability to diagnose process problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience conducting plant performance tests, optimization studies, and debottlenecking assessments.
- Strong working knowledge of process calculations and performance monitoring programs.
- Experience preparing process equipment specifications.
- Proficiency in process flow diagram and piping and instrumentation diagram development and review.
- Working knowledge of HYSYS, HTRI, PI, LIMS, or comparable engineering and plant information tools.
- Familiarity with Corporate Plant Information Management Systems or similar performance monitoring platforms.
