Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a seasoned luxury travel planner to design and manage exclusive itineraries for UHNW families in Dubai. You will coordinate complex international trips, select premium accommodations, and liaise with hotels, airlines, and concierge networks to deliver seamless experiences.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in luxury travel or lifestyle management, travelled to 30+ destinations, and possess excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Must have traveled to at least 30 international destinations.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, or lifestyle management.
• Experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, and global tourist destinations.
• Excellent knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end travel experiences for family members from concept to completion.
• Create personalized travel itineraries based on family interests and travel style.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, resorts, and exclusive experiences based on first-hand knowledge.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, and VIP services.
• Arrange visas, travel insurance, permits, and all required travel documentation.
• Prepare detailed travel books containing itineraries, reservations, and daily schedules.
• Research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, and seasonal experiences.
• Monitor travel advisories, weather, and local events.
• Manage last‑minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly.
• Build relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, and premium service providers.
• Coordinate with the family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Arabic language skills
• Experience with Private Family Offices or UHNW families
• Background in Luxury Concierge Services or Luxury Hospitality
