Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. in Dubai seeks a seasoned Travel Planner/Personal Assistant for UHNW families. You will plan and book all family travel, including private jet charters, hotels, and ground transportation, while coordinating itineraries for multiple family members.

You will liaise with luxury hotels, private aviation operators, and concierge services, manage visas and travel documents, and ensure discretion and confidentiality. A strong international network in luxury travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as travel planner or personal assistant for UHNW/private families.
• Strong network in luxury travel, private aviation, and hospitality.
• Excellent discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional organization with ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and manage all family travel, including flights, private jet charters, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate itineraries for multiple family members, including children, extended family, and guests, sometimes traveling separately.
• Liaise with private aviation companies, luxury hotels, villa rental agencies, and concierge services.
• Handle visa applications, passport renewals, and travel documentation for all family members.
• Arrange travel insurance and ensure compliance with international travel requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's travel plans and personal information.
• Be available for occasional travel with the family, if required.
• Coordinate with household staff, security, and personal assistants to align travel plans with the family's schedule.
• Manage travel budgets and maintain detailed expense records.
• Research and recommend destinations, experiences, and accommodations tailored to family preferences.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies with speed and discretion.
