Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. seeks an organized Travel Planner to manage all travel arrangements for a private Emirati family in Dubai. You will handle domestic and international trips, book flights and accommodations, and ensure confidentiality and seamless logistics.

Requirements include a 3–5 year track record in luxury travel planning, fluency in English, and experience with VIP clients. Arabic is an advantage; you will collaborate with assistants and staff while maintaining privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years luxury travel planning or executive travel coordination experience.
• Experience with VIP clients, UHNW individuals, or private family offices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visas, and documentation.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel for family members.
• Book flights, private aviation, hotels, serviced apartments and ground transportation.
• Prepare detailed itineraries with schedules, reservations and travel info.
• Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance and required docs.
• Ensure passports and visas are valid and up-to-date.
• Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet and chauffeur services.
• Research and recommend destinations, hotels, and activities based on preferences.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations and emergency requests.
• Coordinate with assistants, drivers, security, and household staff for logistics.
• Monitor travel budgets and record bookings and expenses.
• Negotiate preferential rates and build relationships with providers.
• Be available outside regular hours for urgent travel needs.
